Life NWPA | 121 West 12th Street

Life NWPA at 121 West 12th Street is a completed 12,963-square-foot healthcare facility in the heart of Erie, transformed from a former auto body shop into a modern adult day services environment. The one-story, Type IIB building features a new brick-and-stone facade complemented by an integrated LED lighting system, giving the adaptive-reuse project a welcoming civic presence. The facility is fully occupied by Life NWPA. A future phase is planned to add a second story, expanding the building while building on the character established by the completed renovation.
